Bubbakoo’s Burritos Is Now Open in Albany, New York!

Albany, we’re officially here! Bubbakoo’s Burritos is bringing bold flavors, fresh ingredients and our signature Mexican-fusion menu to New York’s Capital Region.

Our newest location is now open at 1704 Western Avenue in Albany, New York, directly across from Costco and Crossgates Mall. Locally owned and operated, the new restaurant is ready to serve up burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and more — all with plenty of ways to create something different.

Grand Opening Celebration: September 16

We’re celebrating our arrival in Albany with an official Grand Opening on Wednesday, September 16 — and we’re kicking things off in a big way.

New Fall Flavors Are Coming, Too

The Albany opening comes just in time for our fall menu rollout. Beginning September 8, guests can try some of our newest additions, including:

• Fried Cauliflower — available as a starter or as a protein option for your favorite entrée
• Apple Pie Egg Rolls — a sweet new way to finish your Bubbakoo’s meal

You can also dig into fan-favorite Signature Creations or build your own meal with your choice of fresh ingredients, proteins, sauces and toppings.

Since opening our first restaurant in Point Pleasant, New Jersey in 2008, Bubbakoo’s has grown from its Jersey Shore roots to more than 140 locations nationwide. Through it all, our mission has stayed the same: Create Something Different.
